The House

The beautiful well equiped townhouse is situated within landscaped gardens and pool of the Fuentemar Resort. The house is a short walk away from unspoilt beaches, small supermarkets and various bars and restaurants.

Large pool + small pool for children

The house overlooks the pool area, which is surrounded by green lawns. The pools are clean and well maintained with an additional smaller children’s pool for the younger children.

Unspoilt beaches

The house is close to the many unspoilt beaches of the Almería region, and within walking distance to Garrucha harbour vía the beautiful promenade walking you right along the beach and sea front.

Easy reach for beach, supermarkets, restaurants and banks

The luxury property is just 500m from the uncrowded beach. Near the complex there are various restaurants including, Spanish, Italian. The Dali restaurant with flamenco dancers and other restaurants are within a short walking distance. There are several supermarkets and shops nearby.

Getting about

Although car hire is not necessary, should you wish to explore the beauty of the mountain villages in the area a car is advisable.

  House details

The interior is decorated to a high standard, with a spacious lounge and dining area with TV + video and CD player, ceiling fan and sofa bed which sleeps two comfortably.

A fully equipped kitchen with electric oven and hob, washing machine, fridge/freezer, coffee machine.

The first floor has two bedrooms, one bedroom has a comfortable double bed.....

The bathroom is fully tiled with bath/shower, washbasin, bidet and toilet.

For the evenings spent dining “Al fresco”

there is a small patio at the front overlooking the gardens and also a roof sun deck, which offers optimum privacy for sunbathing.
